Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Flavourless Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Few Drops Green Colour
  •  2 to 3 Tbsp Pistachios
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  •  Salt- a Pinch

Instructions
 

  • In abowl, add eggs (or half a cup of plain yogurt), flavourless oil, and sugar (sugaras per your taste) Whisk until wellcombined.
  • Add green food colour or pistachio-flavoured essence, and whisk again. (You can use homemade natural food colour.
  • Shiftin flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Add milk and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Mix in chopped pistachios, being careful not to over mix the batter. the batteris ready now
  • Greasea pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour in the prepared batter andsprinkle some chopped pistachios on top (optional). Cover the pan with foil.
  • Preheatthe air fryer for a couple of minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once preheated,place the pan in the air fryer and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Removethe foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Checkif the cake is done by inserting a skewer or toothpick into the center of thecake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
