How To Make Egg Free White Chocolate Mud Cake
Ingredients:
For the eggless white chocolate cake:
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- 70 grams butter
- 100 grams of caster sugar
- 250 grams milk
- 275 grams of all-purpose flour
- 150 grams yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
For the White Chocolate Ganache:
- 150 grams of white chocolate
- 50 grams cream
Instructions for eggless white chocolate cake:
Step 1: First step is to preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, we’ll start making the cake batter.
Step 2: In a glass, add some yogurt and mix in some baking soda and baking powder. Whisk it well and let it sit on the countertop for a couple of minutes until it gets foamy. Meanwhile, we’ll work on the other part of the cake.
Step 3: In a bowl, add melted white chocolate and mix in some melted salted butter. You can either melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a saucepan containing simmering water. This is our white chocolate and butter combined, set it aside.
Step 4: In another bowl, add some hot boiling milk to sugar and mix it well until the sugar dissolves completely. Then transfer this mixture into the white chocolate and butter mix and whisk it until everything combines well together.
Step 5: By this time, the foamy yogurt mixture would have risen, which is perfect. Add it to the white chocolate batter and mix it well until everything is well combined.
Step 6: Now it’s time to add the dry ingredients. Add some all-purpose flour and mix it well. Do not overwork this batter, just mix until everything is well combined and there are no dry flowery bits left. The batter is nice and smooth looking.
Step 7: So now it’s time for us to bake this cake. For that grease, the tin and lined the bottom with parchment paper.
